Our Employment Mediation Division specializes in resolving workplace disputes and conflict through the mediation process. We will provide highly skilled mediators specifically trained to resolve workplace disputes.

Mediations - Private

A $100.00 registration payment, per participant is required to reserve your appointment time and date, unless other arrangements have been made. This payment is required and confirmation of this payment must be received prior to our meeting. This amount will be applied to the total Mediation balance. Remaining balances will be invoiced and sent to the mediating parties. Pending balances may be paid through our on line payment process. Simply review your Fee Structure Agreement and Invoice, insert your “payment amount” and follow the steps to ensure prompt and accurate payment. Your account will automatically update and a confirmation notice will be sent.

Mediations - Court Appointed

A $50.00 registration payment, per participant is required to reserve your appointment time and date, unless other arrangements have been made. This payment is required and confirmation of this payment must be received prior to our meeting. This amount will be applied to the total Mediation balance.
