A $50.00 registration payment is required to reserve your appointment time and date. This payment is required and confirmation of this payment must be received prior to our meeting. This amount will be applied to the total balance. Remaining balances will be invoiced and sent to you. Pending balances may be paid through our on line payment process. Simply review your J.PR Service Agreement or Invoice, insert your “payment amount” and follow the steps to ensure prompt and accurate payment. Your account will automatically update and a confirmation notice will be sent.
