Cancellation Policy

 

J.PR Hosted Training Workshops

Substitute registrants are welcomed and may be submitted at any time. If you cancel fourteen or more business days in advance you will receive a full refund, less a $30.00 service fee.

Cancellations received thirteen business days or less are not entitled to a refund. However, as a courtesy, we will gladly allow you to apply your payment towards any future J.PR human resource services within one year from the date of cancellation.

Please note that if you do not attend the session and fail to cancel, you are still responsible for the entire payment.

Registration payments are required for the services listed above. Confirmation of the registration payment must be received five business days prior to our meeting. All registration fees will be applied to the services you receive.  Registration fees are non-refundable if cancellations are made within four business days of the scheduled meeting.
